Growing up in various small towns outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Gerrit Elzinga dove headfirst into stand-up comedy at the ripe old age of 14. From talent shows and classrooms to comedy clubs and theaters, he was a hardened road comic by 25. Gerrit has continued to strive for greatness and evolution in his act, recounting personal stories, societal hypocrisies and logical fallacies. These traits are evident from his myriad of credits including "Laughs" on FOX, Gilda's LaughFest, the Laughing Devil Comedy Festival in NYC, and his sophomore album, "Bullet-Biter: The Emcee Sessions," previously being played on SiriusXM.
